In fresh drone strikes by the US nearly 30 people have been killed in the Nanghar region of Afghanistan a few miles outside the capital , Kabul. Officials have said all victims in this strike were members of the Taliban.
People of the Middle East are no strangers to the US’s drone program which operates in a number of different countries which include Pakistan, Yemen, Afghanistan, Iraq and even Somalia not forgetting Libya also which was bombed back to the middle ages by a US led NATO air campaign against the Libyan armed forces and the government at the time.
Information released by the Bureau of investigative journalism shows statistics of strikes by US drones and the victims of those strikes. The most recent drone strike by the US in Afghanistan killed 10 people information about this strike is still coming in as i write this.
