Huge gains have been made by the Syrian Arab Army’s 103rd Brigade and allies right across the Latakia fronts.
Along with fierce fighting on the ground and a relentless amount of airstrikes against Daesh(ISIS/ISIL) targets have opened up opportunities to make some very real gains in a matter of just 68 days right across Latakia province.
Some of the sites which have been recaptured by the armed forces were almost impossible to retake only 3 months ago. With the help of Russian aviation, major progress has been made, the extremist are on the back foot.
Over the course of 68 days, around 58 sites were recaptured by the Syrian 103rd brigade making this offensive one of the most successful to date.
